    Your Mission

    • The Global Analytics & Data Products Team is building a best-in-class team in support of Stellantis’ new Software Group. Reporting to the VP, Business Analytics & Econometrics you will handle perfecting the end-to-end marketing funnel for the group's brands across digital and direct channels. Your mission is to work alongside our Business Management and Marketing partners to bring science to the development of the vision, strategy, and optimization of the campaign roadmap.

    Responsibilities of the Role:

    • Establish a healthy reporting ecosystem in partnership with our VP of Marketing and regional business leads.
    • Measure, report, and communicate the performance of the email and push channels and the CRM database.
    • Partner with global and regional teams to develop hyper-localized global programs and channels strategies.
    • Optimize the collection of data from diverse sources in partnership with ad-agency, Data Engineering, and IT
    • Collect and build visibility into user behavior to make recommendations for audience and messaging enhancement
    • Collaborate with Marketing team members to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency via AB testing.
    • Collaborate with Brand Marketing and IT to perfect and future proof our CRM and digital platforms.

    • Ability to create thoughtful attribution logic and develop mechanisms to measure marketing attribution seamlessly.
    • A bi-directional “data translator” who knows how to tell a story with data.
    • Versed at discussing and defining requirements with IT based on business inputs.
    • Commitment to upholding data privacy and data management best practices.
    • Be able to work under minimal guidance while excelling in a collaborative team environment.
    • Experience working with external data partners and agencies.

    Qualifications

    • Solid years of experience in digital, direct, and marketing campaign analysis
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher
    • Expert technical skills, specifically in Salesforce and Google Analytics or other similar tools such as Adobe Analytics
    • Strong skills in SQL, Python, or other data programming languages
    • Experience with Power BI or other related visualization tools.
    • Open-mindedness and team spirit are mandatory.
    • Good storytelling and synthesis skills between science, marketing, and creativity
    • You show initiative and have good interpersonal skills, passion and humanity first.
    • Knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
    • Passion for software development and the automotive industry is a plus
