Stellantis's Software Organization (SWX) was created to build the most captivating experiences in the latest frontier of Automotive Technology.


    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage CAD model 3D and 2D drawings for SWX components and support internal and external stakeholders in managing CAD models and installation studies
    • Responsible for the requirements from mechanical aspects
    • Lead the component mechanical design and thermal integration, design mounting and cooling strategies
    • Optimize mechanical designs for size, weight, durability, performance and cost
    • Work close with internal and external stakeholders, including, Supplier, Vehicle packaging, thermal, NVH, etc.
    • Responsible for component level verification and validation
    • Generates and maintains e-BOM, Part Manufacturing and analytical data within the Product Life Management (PLM) system
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues using diagnostic tools


    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related field
    • Experience Fundamental 3D modeling and 2D drawing skills
    • Experience in manufacturing process of steel, aluminum, or plastic components
    • Work level knowledge of ECU module thermal simulation analysis
    • Familiar with automotive environmental testing standards
    • Hands-on practical experience with shop tools and prototyping
    • High sense of independence and self-responsibility
    • DFSS certification
    • English advanced



    Requisitos

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience using CAD and PDM/PLM tools – CATIA, NX and Teamcenter, etc.
    • Experience with electronic components and packaging with OEM and/or tier 1/2 supplier
    • Demonstrated experience source packages, specifications, DFMEA and DVP&R through the complete product cycle (from sourcing approval to serial production)
    • Experience in Agile development
    • Extraordinary communication skills and are passionate about delivering world-class services
