- 'Identify business opportunity in Circular Economy Portfolio and services to develop suppliers and partnership in order to explore the market aiming to reduce the CO2 footprint in a profitable way.
- Implement feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to track supplier performance, providing constructive feedback and support for ongoing improvement initiatives in the parts and services supplier to the automotive industry.
- Deveolp of a new business in Stellantis focused on Circular Economy aligned with the Dare Forward 2030
- Increase the number of circular economy suppliers and families
- Extend the product catalog from existing suppliers
- Develop commercial animation for the sale of SUSTAINera products in the dealer network
- Be present and exhibit SUSTAINera products at the most important automotive shows in Brazil like "Automec"
- 'Supplier Selection and Onboarding:
- Decide on the selection criteria for new suppliers, considering factors such as quality, reliability, capacity, and technological capabilities.
- Make informed decisions on whether to onboard new suppliers based on the alignment of their offerings with the company's strategic goals and standards.
- Performance Improvement Initiatives: Determine the focus areas for performance improvement initiatives with existing suppliers, prioritizing actions that yield the greatest impact on quality, cost, and efficiency.
- Make decisions on allocating resources and investments to support supplier development programs and ensure a continuous improvement mindset within the supply chain.
- Risk Management Strategies:Decide on risk management strategies, including the identification of critical suppliers, establishment of alternative sources, and the development of robust contingency plans; Make timely decisions to address and mitigate risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the resilience and reliability of the automotive parts and services supply chain.
Requisitos
- Graduated in automotive industry with deep knowledge in enginnering mechanical process.
- Language skills: Portuguese as mother language and proficiency in English.
