Descrição e Responsabilidades

As a Controls Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for building and leading cross-functional teams, driving technical meetings to monitor development progress, solve issues, and address new demands. You will manage open points from root cause analysis to final implementation in the software stream. Your role will also involve supporting road tests with the Calibration team, clarifying software-related questions, and validating functionalities in parallel. Additionally, you will provide support during Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) commissioning and prepare technical materials, including risk mitigation slides and backup content for program status presentations.

Main Challenges:

  • Managing tight deadlines and weekly reporting to Management;
  • Daily interaction with multiple internal teams and suppliers;
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues;
  • Systemic thinking to understand the full scope of the project;
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams.

Requisitos

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
  • Advanced English
  • Intermediate proficiency with vehicle diagnostic tools (INCA, CANalyzer, DIAnalyzer, CDA)
  • Intermediate Matlab/Simulink skills
  • Knowledge of internal combustion engines
  • Understanding of CAN/LIN networks
