Descrição e Responsabilidades
Our Lighting Engineering Team drives the innovation and development of external car lights for leading brands including Citroën, FIAT, Jeep, Peugeot, and RAM. With a global footprint and close collaboration with suppliers, we are committed to setting new standards in automotive lighting technology.
As Lighting Design and Release Engineer – DRE you will:
- Design and develop exterior lighting for several Stellantis brands such as Citroën, FIAT, Jeep, Peugeot, and RAM from concept release to program launch;
- Manage program timing by aligning departmental needs with suppliers;
- Lead meetings with the global team and suppliers worldwide;
- Ensure alignment of project scope with the team.
Requisitos
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive lighting;
- CAD experience with Unigraphics NX or Catia V5;
- Experience in releasing 3D and 2D designs in a PLM system;
- Technical development of exterior lighting products to support new vehicle programs;
- Production release and launch of exterior lighting systems;
- Knowledge of ECE/Contran lighting regulations;
- Knowledge of photometric, thermal, mechanical, and defogging requirements for lamp;.
- Advanced level of English.
Desirable background:
- Leading a cross-functional team;
- Strong communication and technical project management skills;
- Experience in GD&T;
- Problem-solving and organizational skills, excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
