Descrição e Responsabilidades
- Develop and execute product planning strategies tailored to South American markets, including long-term roadmaps, pricing, and product positioning.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to ensure competitive and profitable product portfolios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Brand, Design, CEx, aftersales, etc) to coordinate product launches and lifecycle management.
- Prepare and present strategic recommendations and performance analyses to regional and global leadership teams.
- Navigating the dynamic and diverse South American market landscape, balancing regional needs with global corporate strategies.
- Identifying opportunities for innovation in a highly competitive industry with rapidly evolving customer demands and regulatory changes.
- Managing cross-cultural collaboration across multiple countries while maintaining alignment with region and headquarters.
- Ensuring the successful launch of products while optimizing value criation, costs, timelines, quality, and market reception."
Requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Master's degree or postgraduate specialization in Product Management, Business Strategy, or Automotive Engineering is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in product planning, market analysis, or related roles within the automotive industry. A solid understanding of South American markets is essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI; Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and intermediate to advanced Spanish is required for regional interactions.
