Requirements

The VSM is responsible for the vehicle performance integration, to manage the technical design of the vehicle systems, integrating the performances such as safety, functional, virtual and physical validation into developments. He/She must ensure the best trade off among Quality-Cost-Timing-Performance and support to achieve the program targets according to the PDP.

Language Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in English is required, as the role involves communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Technical Knowledge: The candidate must have a strong understanding of vehicle systems, including body chassis, vehicle interiors, and software eggs. This knowledge is crucial for integrating performances such as safety, functional, virtual, and physical validation into developments.

Experience: Experience in the automotive industry, particularly in roles involving customer experience and PFDI (Product Function Deployment and Integration), is highly desirable.

Project Management: The candidate should have strong project management skills to ensure the best trade-off among Quality-Cost-Timing-Performance and support to achieve the program targets according to the Product Development Process (PDP).

Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Power BI is required, as these tools are often used for project management and data analysis in this role.

Supplier Management: Experience in dealing with automotive industry suppliers can be a plus, as the role might involve coordinating with various suppliers.
